The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its submission. The customer will be informed by the seller on the method of its consideration at the e-mail address provided in the complaint.

What should I do if I receive a damaged package?

In case of damage and/or loss of the parcel, a damage report should be made to the courier or, in case of delivery to a parcel locker, a complaint should be made on the screen of the parcel locker. The report should include photos of the package and a detailed description of the damage and/or loss.
