If the product purchased does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be returned undamaged and without signs of use.
Return the product in undamaged packaging with all elements of the set and the completed return form available for download below.
You should send the return package at your own expense. We do not accept download packages.
We will refund your account within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
What is the return process?
- Fill in the return form carefully (template available below). You can send it by email or include a hard copy with your parcel.
- Send the returned goods to the following address Business Trade Consulting sp. z oo, ul. Jagiellońska 2b, 38-400 Krosno with a note "Return of goods". The product should be properly secured and packaged to prevent damage. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
- The refund will be made after the return has been checked within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the purchase contract.

According to the ordinance of the Minister of Finance on the registration of transactions using a fiscal cash register, in order not to pay VAT on a transaction that did not take place, we must provide proof of return sent by the customer. Therefore, customers deciding to return goods are requested to complete and enclose a protocol for the return/recommendation of goods. Please contact us and we will send you a template in Word or PDF format.
In other cases not described above, it is essential that you contact us in advance by e-mail.
